MY STORY

Hi, I'm Julia Steelman, founder of Atlantic Coast Business Solutions.

For the past five years, I've worked behind the scenes helping manage the finances and day-to-day operations of family-owned businesses. Through that experience, I've seen firsthand how difficult it can be for business owners to keep up with bookkeeping while also managing employees, customers, projects, and everything else that comes with running a business.

What began as helping organize financial records, track expenses, and maintain accurate books evolved into a passion for creating systems that help businesses stay organized and confident in their numbers.

As someone who has spent her life at the Jersey Shore, I'm especially passionate about supporting small businesses. I've watched family-owned businesses navigate economic downturns, seasonal challenges, rising costs, and changing markets. I've also seen how much these businesses mean to the communities they serve.

To me, family-owned businesses are the heart and soul of the Jersey Shore. They're the local contractors, restaurants, shops, and service providers that help our towns thrive and give them their unique character. I believe those businesses deserve reliable financial support and organized systems that help them succeed for generations to come.
