However, ACBS does not guarantee specific tax results, financial outcomes, business performance, cost savings, or acceptance of records by a CPA, tax preparer, lender, government agency, or other third party.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information and documentation to ACBS.

Clients are also responsible for reviewing financial reports, maintaining appropriate source documents, making business decisions, meeting tax and regulatory deadlines, and consulting qualified tax, legal, insurance, or financial professionals when needed.

No Client Relationship

Using this website, submitting a contact form, sending an email, or scheduling a consultation does not create a client relationship with ACBS.

A client relationship begins only after ACBS and the client enter into a written service agreement.

Scope of Services
